Payment:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover,  PayPal, checks and money orders.

Animal Guarantee:

Amphibians & turtles - 24 hours

Snakes & Lizards - 72 Hours

No Guarantee on feeders

Receipt must be presented for replacement or store credit.

Photo Documentation may be required

Return Policy:

Unopened merchandise may be returned for a store credit up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

defective merchandise may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase for an even exchange only.

A receipt must be presented in either case.

Shipping:
We currently use FedEx or USPS for shipping. We guarantee live arrival when temps are above 30 degrees or below 90 degrees. We are not responsible for issues caused by carrier delay. Please contact for exact shipping charges.

Payment Plan:
We do offer a payment plan option. Nonrefundable 20% deposit on all orders. Terms and
length of plan is flexible and will vary by customer.
